Struck with engine problems!

I should have known something was wrong on Saturday when I couldn’t even keep up with cars in the draft. Today in Race 1 it became obvious that something was wrong, misfiring or running on 3 cylinders. I don’t really know engines but I wasn’t even getting into 4th gear (out of 4) on Road Atlanta’s long back straight. Hopefully it’s just something simple like a coilpack or fuel injector gone bad.

We have 3 weeks to figure it out and fix it before the next race at one of my favorite tracks, Watkins Glen!

Good luck fixing it! My mom’s Focus decided to loose all spark last weekend.
Also sim raced Watkins Glen the other day, that track must be even more fun in an open wheeler, have fun out there!

I’ve been lucky to race there a few times. It’s not only one of my favorite tracks but the area is also one of my favorite in the world. I can’t wait to go back!

I doubt it was bad fuel but it could have been a bad spark plug. We’ll take a closer look this week.
